Great innovation in the US is keeping citizens safe. Such is the benefit of having central government agencies sharing data , and adding open data. in the UK the Driver licence bureau, MOT Certification , insurers and police share data to assist in preventing crime and keeping road deaths down. With better data quality (picture quality here) there are real opportunities for minor quality changes to make radical citizen benefits.
